You will spend your stay at the "Villa Stari Kamen Wellness", an authentic place in the heart of unspoiled nature.
A soothing place, conducive to the practice of Yoga and meditation.
Villa Strari Kamen Wellness is located in the heart of Mediterranean nature. The Zrmanja river is very close and provides freshness when the temperatures rise.
You will spend this week of Yoga and Meditation Workshop in a completely privatized place, just for you. We welcome a maximum of 8 students, in order to guarantee you a quality of welcome and attention for your practice.
The Villa Stari Kamen Wellness respects the authentic architecture of the place with its stones from the country and an eco-responsible approach with mainly recovered furniture completely renovated with ecological products, autonomy using rainwater and an electricity system thanks to wind turbines.
In addition to recharging your batteries through the practice of Yoga and Meditation, you will be able to discover the beauties offered by this beautiful region of Dalmatia, its waterfalls, its monasteries, a warm and crystalline sea, rafting, canyoning, beautiful walks in the mountains, from the boat in the canyon of the river Krka. In short, many activities to complete your stay and your free time.

Thanks to its large garden surrounding the cozy center, relaxation areas and the Pool house will allow you to isolate yourself if you wish to share your discussions with other trainees or to read quietly in the shade of oaks or olive trees.
We have several contacts with the neighbors around to provide us with fruit and vegetables from the garden, eggs from happy chickens, cheese, honey produced with real respect for the animal. We make sure that all animal products or animal by-products are produced with respect and benevolence and remain outside any industrial exploitation.

The program is scheduled in such a way that the lessons are quite acceptable physically, because there are significant rest periods. By practicing Hatha Yoga (once a day) which activates muscles and stretching, other yoga / Teachings are gentle and relaxing.
However of course you must have a physical condition suitable for the practice of Yoga during the integration of the course. To do this, we invite you to take courses during this time at StudioNamasteYoga in Soissons or any other Yoga studio with a certified teacher.

The meals are healthy with the characteristics of Mediterranean cuisine.

This course is open to both StudioNamasteYoga students and anyone outside.
For people who have never practiced at StudioNamasteYoga or accompanying a student of StudioNamasteYoga must practice the courses offered during this internship. It is also recommended to have a regular practice of Yoga.
In case of full staff, a waiting list will be established. In case of withdrawal, you will then be offered a place.
The deposit payment is € 265 in cash, as this amount is used to block our reservation with our center.
Payment must be in cash as I pay the host who welcomes us in cash. As a result, we had a preferential rate as there were no international transfer fees.
This deposit must be paid 48 hours maximum after your reservation request, directly at StudioNamasteYoga in Soissons between 2 lessons or by appointment.
Only the payment of the security deposit validates your place.
The balance will be paid 1 month before departure during the pre-course information meeting.
Terms of cancelation

They interact to create a harmonious experience. The program will actively engage you, except during free time.
The kitchen is a private space, if you need anything please ask, we will be happy to serve you.
The program mobilizes your full attention and requires an active presence on your part.
To participate in this course, it is necessary to take part, without exception, in everything that is defined in the program except optional activities.
We are a group and we share this experience TOGETHER. If you need to find a little solitude, no worries, you can do it during the free time which is very numerous and daily and precisely done to take some distance if you want and take time for yourself, this is also necessary.
The optional activities offered and included in the Internship program are not interchangeable with regard to a personal wish.
You will not be allowed to organize an activity yourself instead of the one offered in the program.

Croatia is a beautiful country with so much to do that we could stay there a lifetime, which was my mom's choice :-) so we had to make choices.
