What is the vibratory and sound massage with singing bowls?
Vibratory and sound massage is above all a method of relaxation. It's all in the title… It is a sound and vibration massage. Sound and vibration are produced by singing bowls. The bowls are placed delicately on the body of the dressed person, then struck lightly with a mallet or rubbed with a wooden mallet covered with felt.
The vibrations then reach the interior of the body and propagate in all cells of the body. As the body is 70% to 80% liquid, it is therefore a perfect conductor for sound.

How does it go a vibratory and sound massage with singing bowls?
The individual session lasts 1 hour, the Sound Massage itself lasts between 45 and 50 minutes.
Before we start we take a little moment to discuss in order to allow you to express your expectations.
Then you receive according to the protocol the Sound Massage lying down (stomach then back) very comfortably on the massage table while remaining dressed.

Why from bowls Peter Hess?
Peter Hess , Engineer physicist was based on his experiences and research made since his first trip to India in 1966, then to Tibet and Nepal, drawing on old knowledge and traditions that used sound.
Over the years so that the bowls perfectly meet the requirement of practice, Peter Hess has developed his own singing bowls.
They are melted and forged in artisan workshops in India and Nepal, then selected a first time on site and then a second time in Germany after their frequencies have been accurately measured.
Each type of bowl is made for a region of the body, a corresponding frequency spectrum. They are made from a high quality bronze which, respecting tradition, is enriched with several metals.
The bowl blank can be red-heated up to 100 times. When working in the forge, four to six skilled workers simultaneously work on the same bowl. In a perfect rhythm, they give it its concave shape. Their sound quality and vibration is thus optimal.
