RULES COVID19 HYGIENE

For your safety and that of other students Please respect these few rules.

1- You will be asked to wear your mask when entering and leaving the studio, you can remove it once on your mat (you are free to practice with it)

2- Try as best as possible to arrive already in your clothes and leave in your clothes so as not to saturate the changing rooms.  

3- You will be able to have the toilets on site, but remember to bring your own towel to dry your hands.

4- Yoga equipment usually at your disposal in the studio cannot unfortunately be loaned EXCEPT for a first trial class (the mat only will be loaned and will be washed at the end of the class by you).

Please bring your own equipment (Yoga mat - 2 bricks - 1 strap - Relaxation cushion for the eyes - 1 blanket - 1 small ball for Pilates) The bolster can be loaned provided you bring a large towel / blanket to put on during practice.

Possibility to buy your equipment directly at the studio : Carpet 35 € - Bricks (sold by 2) 20 € - Small ball for Pilates 5 € - Straps - Eye cushion 15 €

Get to know you better

In case of physical particularity, thank you for specifying it with your teacher so that he takes it into account during your practice.

Also point out to your teacher your little physical worries at the time before the session.

A medical certificate of aptitude for the practice of "VinysasaFlowYoga / Hatha Yoga / Yin Yoga / Ashtanga" of less than 3 months will also be requested.

 

Dress code

Comfortable outfit to allow great freedom of movement, without hindering the waist or the rib cage (leggings, thin and flexible jogging pants, shorts, tank top, sweater)

To perform each movement harmoniously and safely, it is essential to have bare feet.

For the YIN YOGA class, plan to cover yourself well in winter  (sweater or fleece, thick socks)

For the courses of MEDITATION / PRANAYAMA, YOGA NIDRA, SOUND BATH, bring a small pillow for the head + your blanket, cover yourself well in winter.

 

Food

It is best to practice on an empty stomach or with a very light snack such as fruit or a cereal bar. The last meal will preferably be taken two hours before the session.

During the session it is not necessary to drink, so it is not necessary to take a bottle of water with you in the room. Hydrate yourself adequately before and after practice.

The bladder should be emptied and the bowel evacuated if possible.

 

Health

Health problems, injuries, periods must be notified to me before the start of a course, because variations will then be proposed during the session.

Do not hesitate to share it, your yoga will be more enjoyable and therefore adapted.

Reminder: Currently the lessons are not suitable for pregnant women, seniors, or children under 16

 

Environment

During a session, physical work, in peace and concentration, leads to appeasement and balance. For this purpose, cell phones, connected watches or any other noise or activities that could disrupt practice are strictly excluded.

 

Course schedule (1h) or (1h30 for Ashtanga)

Arrival 10 / 15min before the start of the course (time necessary to relax and calm the mind to be ready to practice)

Please note that the room will be permanently closed at the exact time of the lesson.

Course: Anchoring / Pranayama (breathing exercise) 5mn - Gradual progression of asanas (postures) 45mn - Savasana (Relaxation - rebalancing of energies) 10mn

In order to allow everyone to anchor themselves and live their session, silence is required in the practice room before and during the class.

Specific cases (pregnant women, seniors or serious illnesses)

The practice of specific cases must be done in PRIVATE lessons in order to have a specific sequence suitable for the person and his specificity. Attention is then totally directed towards the pupil and his well-being.

For obvious reasons of responsibility, specific cases cannot be practiced in COLLECTIVE lessons.

If a student practices in COLLECTIVE lessons without having previously specified his condition to the teacher, the student is then fully responsible for his practice and its consequences in the event of a problem due to its specificity. StudioNamasteYoga cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.

Payment

Payment is made at the START of the course.

The trial course and the unit are to be paid in cash.

Payment for packages is made in cash or checks.

The StudioNamasteYoga does not have the device for credit cards .

Package validity

StudioNamasteYoga offers 3 packages. The 3 packages have a date of  validity (1 month, 2 months, 3 months).

Make sure that when you choose your package you are able to respect the validity date with regard to your personal and professional organization.

In the event of a physical condition problem due to an injury, you will switch to relaxing courses (Yoga Nidra, Anti-stress Yoga, Yoga Meditation / Pranayama, Restorative Yin Yoga) these courses do not require physical commitments, so you can respect the validity of your package.

Under no circumstances can the package be suspended due to a physical problem or other personal problem.

Cancellation policy

We all have changing agendas, a cancellation can happen without problem, however it is customary to notify at least 24 hours in advance of your absence.

There are 2 reasons for this apart from the fact that it is customary:

- you could be 2 registered for the course, if you are absent the other student would find himself alone and I do not teach for 1 person in a group lesson (because this then becomes  a private lesson)

- the course could be full and your absence, if this is known in advance, frees up the place for a student on the waiting list

The cancellation of your course is therefore done 24 hours in advance by leaving an SMS or message on the phone number of StudioNamasteYoga or by email  (NOT on Facebook, NOT  of Messenger).

In the event of non-consideration, or consideration within 24 hours, your course will be deducted from your package or if you do not have a Package it will be payable.

 

Recommended personal equipment

The StudioNamasteYoga yoga mat is loaned to you for the first 5 classes, then you will need to invest in your personal yoga mat for obvious hygiene reasons (If you do not have one, StudioNamasteYoga offers mats for sale professional quality, machine washable up to 60 °)

A fitness mat is not a yoga mat ...

At the teacher's request, the equipment must be put away by you at the end of your course. An explanatory sheet with photos of the equipment storage is located just near the storage shelves. Thank you for respecting the material that is loaned to you free of charge.
