This program can be made available to  your employees individually in a personal space  or in a group in a meeting room.

 

Throughout the program you will work  consciously  and methodically with  the difficulties and demands of your daily life.  We will establish a secure and favorable framework  to this work, then the learning will be done by  :    

  • Guided instructions for mindfulness meditation practices

  • Gentle stretches and mindful yoga
